User Agreement

Welcome to Jumil (“App”), an AI character dialogue application. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the App provided by us (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Jumil, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jumil. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• Keep your account credentials secure.

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the App

Jumil allows you to interact with AI characters, each with unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories, and to customize individual chat backgrounds. You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the App’s functionality.

• Misuse the App to harass, impersonate, or exploit others.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submi. By submitting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and use it solely to provide the App’s services.

• App Content: All intellectual property rights in the App, including AI-generated responses, design, and features, remain our property or that of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes only.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the App or certain features at any time without notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
